At Scott’s Jewellers, we want you to be completely enamored with your new piece; if you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-engraved pieces and final sale items are ineligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your jewelry in its original presentation box and protective shipping carton to ensure it arrives in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our master jewelers inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
